At Watkins Carter we believe in proactive HOA management, not reactive HOA management. We do not want to simply sit on the sidelines, pay the bills, and get your neighborhood by. Here is a success story of how our services work. A Nampa, ID HOA had steady dues for the past few years and just continued along with subpar vendors for their landscaping. When we became involved in management, we reviewed how much cash the neighborhood needed, how much net income was being generated each year, made vendor changes (with better service from the new vendors), negotiated back and forth with vendors rather than just taking the first bid, and implemented new revenue streams. Through the new strategy implementation, the neighborhood was actually able to lower their dues, something almost nobody who has been a member of an HOA has heard of.
